Bought a Starview...what do I do now....

Ok i'm in Ireland with UPC mmds. I bought this box http://www.iwantabox.com/product_detail.php?pid=178&bnrid=61 . Its a PVR Starview.
I haven't a clue about what to do. I presume it wont work if I simply connect it up to tv?

 

So is it a BOX T and a stand alone HD Recorder? It looks like a BOXT and a standalone recorder

if it is you may need to flash the BOX t with firmware, but plug it in and scan for channels, press menu, 1570 when done and if the EMU menu is there then your OK, if not then you have to flash the box
