hi all. i hope some one can help me out. im new to posting so i hope im in doing the right thing here. i bought a starview 3 the box super, a genuine according to this forum and cant seem to set it up properly. i'm in a n@l area (channel scan fails on twest, c@w ect). emu on and upto date codes form iglooworm for 2/3 of july entered. the only channel i can get is bbc3. all other channels are scrambled. i have api6.00e_E boot ver 8. have not tried flashing it yet due to laptop withpout rs323 port but will be tryin variuos versions tomorrow. i have been on the phone with the person who sold it to me off of auction site. they sent a replacment thinking it was a fault but exact same problem occurs with this one too _ namely all channels but bbc4 no signal, yet channle scan find 420+ channels. i cant seem to find a topic on this forum that has the smae problem. but re flash appear to help alot of folk. if you prefer to msn or email me then please feel free. myk_roberts@hotmail.co.uk. i hope somene can help enternly greatful myk3000
Is the coaxil cable in the cable input on the box and is your scart in the tv scart on the box and not the dvd,plus remove your email address
