Bought used TOUCH, and can'y sync to mine.

    I just bought a used "Touch" from my friend and it won't let me sync to my library (from my ipod video)on my computer w/o clearing all his songs. Is there any way to avoid that and add the songs from my library? And deleting SOME of his songs? Thanks for the help.
