box for upc

    live in navan co.meath.have choras upc on cable not aerial. looking for box that will work in this area. please help

    hi there.any dvb-c box will work,(eg),starview,eurovox etc.dont forget new encryption system supposed to come soon,maybe summertime.if it does box will be useless.is it worthwhile.

    thanks for reply. had heard something about so will prob hold off on purchase. will this be the end of our free veiwing or is there hope out there.

    best bet,just purchase a cheap box,something like digivox xl..£69 or a starview 2 or a dreambox..from £54...if you've got till summer..thats several months freeview.costing you around £3 a week..bargain!
