box froze with one green light on "help"

I am a new member and am looking for some help regarding my starview box??
I have somehow managed to shut it down whilst trying to download a copy of an update to it.

during the download i had the download % on the screen / then as soon as it finished the box just shut down and now i have a green light running across the front of the box and i cannot turn it on??
no-one seems to know whats happened!!
if anyone could help me or pm me it would be greatly appreciated cheers

 

your box could be a clone what update did you use

 

i think its an original box what i was doing is trying to put a channel editor on off sat downloads
