box gon down

can any one help me my box went down ive got the basic channels but all movie channels and more is sayin data is bieng updated then it goes of then says the same thing i think it needs a new code but i dont know how to get the code its an original box HELP PLEASE

i tried that but with no avail what else do you recommend

 

Sit tight,im sure new firmware will be released.
If not manualy inputing keys may still work.
