box gone down

    hi new to this i have a star view clone it went down today it wont up date just says no sig ,pl help

    make sure your coaxial cable is in "cable input at the back of the b0x, also make sure your scart is pushed in fully in the TV & b0x.

    Iv had same problem mine only has 5 or 6 channels and rest are bad or scrambled,it only happened over weekend when my NTL went down for while.

    menu > 1570
    go to "key emu" turn it on .
    Set Default key press OK
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update & you should have your channels back.

    hi, done channel scan made sure your coaxial cable is in "cable input at the back of the b0x, also made sure your scart is pushed in fully in the TV & b0x. still notting

    are you finding channels when you scan whose your provider and country

    it could also be a cc fault if there is a breakdown in ur area and make sure other end is plugged into cable supply
