I have a box that recently went down. It started with all of the sports channels, then the movie channels and now all I can get is Boomerang and the basic BBC, ITV & Four etc. This is the system information from my box. Model: DVB-XC BoxS TDA S/W Ver: 1.0 ST4 Feb 24 2009 H/W Ver: 2.0tS Bootstrap: V001 S/W Build: Kuro This is all the information that is on there and I am based in Barking, Essex. have a read of the Nagra 3 thread, your area could have gone to Nagra 3 encryption, if so then its curtains for your box, no fix for it. If not on the list of areas gone N3, you need to reset the box, remove any splitters you may be using and then re-scan on your provider
