Box has lost all channels

    Hi All
    Can anyone tell me how to reset my starview box?
    I reinstalled the factory setting and no channels have been found.
    Dublin ntl user

    factory reset 0000 ok,install/power off box for a min/on.instalation select correct provider,auto scan ur provider and emu to on.

    one of these days i am going to say switch ostrich on as i feel like a birdbrain.
