box help

    hi guys, got the box recently. was workin fine but now it says scarmbled r bad channel- except for the rality channel and setanta any help please?

    can u view any channels ?yes a few check ur emu is on.
    if ccs move channels they will stop working ,handiest to do factory reset,0000 to delete,english power off box for a min/on,english ,ok, instal. ur provider,autoscan,*** channels found,exit back to menu,parental control ok,info2004,emu to on exit exit exit
