box in ireland

i'm thinking of getting a box. what's the best box to use in co. tipperary on chorus. i was recomended to get a dreambox but not sure which one to get.

 

not a good time for buying boxes in irl with nagravision 3 here now.

 

searching the forum i see that the dreambox 500t is the best box to work on the chorus mmds signal. but shopping around for the box its described as a satelite receiver. can someone tell me if this box is okay to use with my chorus ariel.

 

probs is mmds are going down the road of nagrivision 3 sometime before xmas in ireland,if u want to buy a box get a digivox t easy to set up all u need is a little computer savvy.

 

I have the Box t for mmds.how do u know that they will go down the nagra 3 route before xmas.

 

a lot of talk on other forums that chourus and ntl have ordered new sagem boxes and will ship out to clients as soon as poss.they have gone down in waterford and dublin using ntl so only a matter of time.
