dont know if anyone can help, but here's hoping... i have a starview the box and all is well and i receive all normal and premium channels. BUT... all the channels that are on the following frequency 427000khz 6952ksps The pictures goes blank after a minute but i still get sound. it only happens on these channels, any ideas anyone????
You could try a Manual Scan on that Frequency, just may be slipping a little - Try this >> From the affected frequency channels 437.000 Mhz - Menu, Installation OK, Choose Manual Scan OK, Ensure that the Frequency your having trouble with is showing in Down Frequency and press OK, Manual Scan will take place and it will then show what channels have been found, exit to Main Menu and Re-Order channels in Channel Edit. Check your listings and delete any that may be duplicated or not working.
