    i currently have a starview 3, and was considering getting another box but am struggling on which one to purchase as i would like to be able to record programs, any help and advice would be gratefully recieved cheers scott

    to be honest they are nearly all the same
    except there is the box usb, but the timer record does not work,
    the eurovox ex5000, ex5100 not sure if both record or just 1 of them
    then there is a few for recording in hd there is the

    They sure do record both of them - the EV EX5100 is the 2009 replacement model of the EX5000 that's all, so if you are thinking of getting a Eurovox PVR then get that one EX5100.

    cheers for the input guys just been looking at these boxes on my cable box, anddthey look preety good.does anybody know why no boxes seem to have a twin tuner like the the starview box pvr? also any other sites for purchasing boxes would be appreciated

    Very reliable supplier is skywonder and all genuine, just google it.

    or you could always check the sale forum on afterdawn very cheep the boxes getting sold for in there mostly second hand
    but as Malci said above skywonder are good
