Box Super Channels Lost

Hi looking for some advice. My box has been working fine for 5 months until today after my neighbours got Vgn Media installed and now i have lost all premium channels. I have tried re-scanning, re-setting the nagravision menu etc but to no avail. Will i need to re-flash the box to get my channels back? I can still access the emu menu but no amount of tinkering is helping. All advice greatly appreciated.
