Box super - is 7.09 better than 8?

Hi everyone.

Total newbie at this.
Got my Box Super, flashed it with version 8.00 of the firmware, using the instructions, which worked with no trouble.

Connected it up, did installation tasks, set EMU on etc. I hade most of the c****s channels but s*y sports 1+2 and s*y comedy did not work.

I've tried rescanning but to no avail. Then I found info that said to do a factory reset and rescan. Did that and everything works.

So my question (now that I get to it) is: which is better 7.09 or 8? Or can someone give a description of the differences.

none really, v8 was to fix the rebooting issue and for better scanning, thats about it

The word "Scouser" is public domain - you can't claim royalties!!! Besides, you've got a zero is in your name, so it's just different enough.

@ "scouser", my solicitors are on the case, I don't think an 0 constitutes a major difference so this may go legal. So last chance pay up or this could become a protracted dispute
