box super missing channels

    hi all

    I have a box super and am missing four or five channels including C4 sky1 and Sky 2. I have done a manual rescan and it finds the missing channels, when you save and exit they are not there. Normally the missing channels appear at the end of all other channels but this is not happening. Any ideas?
