Hi there, I m a new member and i would like your help please. I bought the box about 3 months no problem with it till lately all the channels has gone, I guess i need to update the firmware so i got the RS232 cable to connect the box to the computer. The cable i have is 25 pin male in the computer side and 9 pin female for the box, The problem is that my computer doesn't detect the box, Knowing that the cable is not a usb it's a 25 pin male to a 9 pin female fits perfect on the pc and the box but the problem is the computer doesn't detect the box. Can sum 1 help me here plz. Thanks in advance.
