box wont go on ?

hi i tried to put new software in my box (the box) genuine not clone the wee green light kept flashing by when it stopped the box just says ON it wont do anything i had vers 450e on and worked my way up 451 452 453 ect please help thanks

 

If you have downloaded version 454eE you have to load the logo file as well its called LOGO.Bin i loaded it after the main software and mine worked fine its in the same place as the other file

 

thanks was your box froze mine wont go by the on button

 

I had a blank screen and just had on, on the starview box so i loaded it and the box logo came on and it worked fine
