    can some one help me out! i need to know what IP program i need to use to block IPS and to give host. can someone plz tell me !

    i have gotten the peer guardian program..... do i need any other programs ??

    I'm misunderstanding your attempt here. The title is bridging. You're asking about blocking IPs and giving host. What exactly are you trying to do??

    Yes, PeerGuardian is a good program for the blocking technique but nothing is 100%.
