broad band line check

    Any one know of a way to check to see if my line is free of my previous isp so i can applie for a new isp?
    Been on bt.com and put my number in but it only tells me if the exchange is broadband enabled and not if my line is now clear.

    why would your line have to be free? Do you have a contract. once that contract expires you can get any isp you want. or you actually dont even need to have the isp expire. you can still get another isp regardless

    oh yeah just remembered.. If it says
    It probably means your line isnt free since you got a BT Line.
