i have been having problems with certain media burning with the btc1004 i recently purchased some ritek pro g-4 dvd-rs assuming they would work no probs....wrong!!! im getting continous probs on the lead out and am building a small coaster collection - is it a media problem or is there an internal problem which can be solved please help!!!!!
Did you buy it as a standalone device or as part of a bundle? I have that drive incorporated in Amacom's DiViD burner. They've just replaced a PCB after I experienced similar problems.
