BTC with smart bandwidth throttling

    BTC-Bit Torrent Client

    I am on Sat net and they like to throttle you back alot when my downloads are over 10KB for more than 2-5 min they whack me down to dailup ville,dose anyone know of a BTC that when it goes under 4KBS it will just pause the downloading for a set amount of time then start back up again?

    Oh I know I am beng throttled but then this is Sat net so thus I WILL ALWAYS BE throttled in some way since thats what they do *L*

    Azeurs kinda has smart bandwith throttleing but thats not my problem its more firefox I need to cap it at a max of 20-40KBS
