Hey i can help you there it is called a alienware alpha it's 549.99 it's a small form factor gaming pc it can be upgraded to other hard drives and even more ram
I wouldn't get that as you are better off with a clone system in which any & all parts can be easily replaced or upgraded. specs link on that alpha ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals///all-pr...dsk/alienware-alpha_Reference Guide_en-us.pdf
The parts on the alpha can be upgraded.. You can change the processor the ram the hard drive and by the time its time to upgrade to a new graphics card its time for a new machine anyways.
no problems there it's built for anything you want to do with it look at youtube there are videos on how to upgrade the processors the memory and even the hard drive but the only warning is the processor has to be the same class as the one you are replacing so if you order the i3 it has to be a faster i3 you ordered the i7 it has to be the faster i7
so,if i understand this correctly you buy a $500 dollar not a pc,not a console, and spend another 500 upgrading it to be almost a console, almost a computer.i take it the op is after a budget gaming computer?what parts do you need and whats your budget?
aldan, are you asking me or megadunderhead? if it is to me, the reason for asking about motherboard or psu for that alienware is just in case 1 or both go byebye & needs to be replaced.
Like i said it depends on what you want as a low budget computer honestly i would just purchase a older mac pro dual zeon blow off mac os x install windows and have a nice machine you can easily upgrade and hack the hell out off
