build a DVD out of an avi,mpeg,mpg file

    i have tryed guides and programs and they dont seem to work on my dvd player or and dvd playerdevice.

    can some put a easy to use program to make this work for me.

    WinAVI Will convert any Video into DVD(VOB Files) that you can burn using nero....

    Or if you have Nero it will also convert using Nero Vision Express.

    Or you can use this guide to convert using free programs, it is an older version DivXtoDVD but it works.

    Or try the trial of ConvertXtoDVD it will leave a watermark but also will convert.

    The use Shrink if you have to compress, if you don't just burn with whatever program you use.

    yep i started out with Nero Vision but it took a little long to Recode even though the Quality was a little better i am a fast moving person lol but you can make menu's ect with NVE So it is an Awesome Program...

    I haven't tried WinAVI, but do use NeroVision, you are right it can be slow but the menu feature is what I like, and it hasn't given me any problems with the Nero 6 version so I keep on using it. I guess I am too lazy to change, lol :)

    I use to use Nero Vision Express but I also thought it took to long.

    I now use WinAVI since it is quicker.

    I then use Adobe photo shop to make buttons and use Adobe Encore to make the DVD with Menus. Dosent take long at all and the Menus and DVD turn out very nice.
