Building a Custom Home Theater Projection Screen?

I have a wall with a projection area of 5ft high, 7ft wide, give or take a few inches. I would prefer to build my own screen directly on the wall rather than purchase a already made screen.

Looking advice on:

Recommendations on brand\type of reflective screen material?
Recommendations on where I can purchase material?
Any other advice on building a custom screen.
