So right now i been running off of a Dell Inspiron 9300 series to do all my processing and gaming. I am now in the market for a new desk top computer.

Im only looking to spend anywhere from $400 to upwards of $600. But that would be pussing it.

What im generaling looking for is:

MoBo: that is PCI-e if it is SLI able that would be hot
CPS: prefer quad core but Dual is more than enough i suppose.
    Memory: 2gig minimum
    HardDrive: 500gig minimum
Video Card: 512 ddr2 if at all possible

Need you help on this all. Any and all advice would be awesome.

it's not really the memory that makes the big difference, but for world of warcraft even 256MB would be plenty. Any recent graphics card can handle WoW with ease, this one included.

Core 2 Duo is an actual CPU - Dual core is a technology.

I believe the E4500 has double the cache - it makes a slight difference to performance, but not that much.
