The PC I've built wont start in normal mode(meaning in normal jumper setting mode) it will however start in cmos clear mode. What I mean by wont start is that it will do nothing when I press the power button. PSU works, tested it. CPU fan works, tested it. if memory didnt work, it would still boot and give error message. CPU is a question mark. video card displays bios screen in cmos mode, so it works. like the memory the other stuff is irrelevant as far as it starting is concerned, nothing should be preventing it from starting. When it boots in cmos clear mode if I just let it continue without pressing Del to go to bios screen it will say: DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK and PRESS ENTER The motherboard is a ECS P965T-A(V1.0B), it didnt come with a floppy disk, it has a cd though. CPU is a Pentium 4 3.0. The ATX12v from the psu is a 4-pin and the motherboard has an 8-pin connection. I have it connected. The 24-pin main connection is also connected. It has the harddrive and cd-rom drive connected on 1 ide cable to the motherboard, there both powered. Floppy is connected/powered. Video card installed, displays. CPU fan installed/runs. Memory is installed, checked it to make sure it is sitting correctly, it is. So I would appreciate help diagnosing this problem, also I want to try the system disk on cmos, so could someone point me to a download for that.
