Okay. I built my computer, started it up for the first time, and it worked. I changed a setting in the bios so that it would boot from CD, and then turned off the computer. I turned it back on, and the monitor would not display anything as it was 5 seconds ago. I tried reseting the bios settings with the jumper switch, but it did not help. I know the computer is still turning on, because the speakers make a blip, I hear the HD engage, and the DVD Drive light blinks. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I could do next? Thanks in advance for any replies.
Have tried to remove & replace the RAM? Sometimes if you touch them they may need re-seating. I take it that you have not installed windows yet?
that happend to me when i overclocked my pc wat i done is take the moniter plug out of the pc and wait 10 secounds (while the pc is off) plug it back in and press your bios button loads it should hopefully work after about 4 times Soz
