I Bought all the parts for my own computer. i set it up perfectly and it boots up well but ive been having problems with it trying to start get into my destop. whenever i try click on my username it ask for a password. Since i know the fact that i have never setup a password, i knew to expect some technical difficulties. Once i enter a password it say (i dont remeber exactly what was it said) "Domain doesnt exist" and it doesnt boot to my desktop. Ive been thinking of a few solutions myself but i need to varify with you guys if its the best way to go.
    1) I was thinking that i could take the hd out of the brand new comp. and put it in my old computer *(also using windows xp home sp2)* and copy all the system files to new hd or...
    2) I have copied all the files off of an cd of windows xp and saved the on my computer. I dont know how to create bootable disk out of these files. I was asking if you guys can tell how to do this to.
I REALLY need help and i bought $500 worth of computer stuff built my self and now its all going to waste. PLEASE help me
