on my hard disk i have an 888MB avi file, which i would like to put on a CD-R. Since CD-R have less capacity than 888MB, what shall i do so that i can burn such a file maybe on 2 CD-Rs ? Thank You for your help!
Use VirtualDub to split your AVI file into two chunks less than 650/700M, at a point that is most viewer-friendly ... you don't want to split the movie in the middle of a scene.
make a selection of the video, click video - direct stream copy and click audio - direct stream copy, then click file - save avi! then when that saves, select from where u left off to the end of the file and click file - save avi again Make sure u start always on a key frame!
