Burn .bkf file?

    Hello, I'm trying to backup my computer. I've created a.bkf file (2.7 G's) I need to put this on a disk. How? Thanks

    Run Imgburn and choose 'Write Files/Folders to Disc' to burn it to a blank DVD.
