I am very frustrated with Nero, having tried different versions I keep having the same problem. When trying to burn any video - AVI, divx... to DVD Nero starts to transcode the file and I see in the preview screen that the video becomes almost grey/white, having lost all colour except weird blue/green patches of colour. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried everything. Is there anyone else with this problem? Please help - Thanks!
Hi, If you go to Nero Vision Express and open the window in the middle of your screen on the right (The blue one over the speaker) you can adjust your brightness, etc. Just try trial and error until you get it just right. Happy Holidays
thanks for the reply - I will keep that in mind... In the meantime I just solved the problem after finding a tiny reference online to changing colours to millions... I went into display and, sure-enough, my colour setting had been changed to medium. I reset it to high and all is fixed - thanks, though!
