burn DVDR-REiGN to DVD

    I have downloaded a Movie in DVDR format from The PirateBay. It came down as one dvdr-bar.nfo file and 92 dvdr-bar.r1 to 92 files plus one .rar and one .sfv file. It is 4.3GB
    How can I burn this to a DVD to play on a DVD Player?
    I have the latest convertXtoDVD programme and Nero 6 but neither can cope.
    Any suggestions?
