    First thing, edit out you 2 serial numbers.
    This version of Nero contains some bugs, I would uninstall, run this clean tool
    http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html

    and then install this version, older but bug free
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

    Package 2
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

    Your firmware is a little behind, update from here

    @simpleguy
    If that firmware update link Gwendolin listed didnt work for you, here is another one:
    http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1837
    Looks like you should click on the 2.18 update.
    You didnt list the whole log, but the firmware, and known problem of that nero version are the 2 main things i saw.
    I also PM'd you with your serial numbers which i hope you edited out by now. :)
    Your problem is also the topic of this thing called a "Sticky"
