    Hi Haomaru
Biggest thing I see wrong in the log is the discs you are using - Disc Manufacturer: GSC003

Not a better manufacturer. Your firmware is up to date, good memory etc but the the drive doesn't like these discs. The failure happens in like 35 secs.
Better to try would be Verbatim or made in Japan only Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

    Not sure what u mean?
for the 8 or 4 speed it doesn't matter as Taiyo Yuden is the best media out there, just depends on ur preference.

For the nero version, the one u r using is the most stable version of the 7's

K thanks, well the reason i ask if it has a next name is because, i had showed a log previously and someone said i was using the Taiyo Yuden which is good quality, but the name of the blanks i was using at the time was Matrix -R 8X blank DVDS.

Those mit Fuji's are made by Prodisc - okay at best.

For those keep the burn speed at 4x. Looks like your burner doesn't like burning at 8x for these.

If you want to burn at 8x better to get the mij Fuji's or Sony which usually are made by Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim.
You can also get Taiyo online from reputable sites.

For the Matrix - you may have posted a log that had a TY media code in it. To see if they are the real deal check the code on the back by the inner hub.
    For 8x -R's it would be GG00xxxx (x's represnt #'s)

You can try ImgBurn (free) to burn too - great burner.

Haomaru , i would stay away from the fujifilm MIT that code out as prodisc "not good stuff" they will be a mess in a matter of a couple months read errors etc. actually your best bet is to buy Taiyo Yuden online at supermediastore.com
