Burn fails

I am deciding between 1click DVD copy and DVD cloner II. I got 1click to work fine. Now I downloaded the trial version of DVD Cloner II and installed and ran it. It went thru the first pahase fine, but when it got to the phase where it does the burn to the blank DVD disc it failed. I tried another blank DVD disc, but it still failed. I know my DVD drives are good since as I said I performed a successful burn from a DVD in one drive to blank DVD in the other drive. What could be the problem with DVD Cloner II? Any ideas. Obviously if I can't get it to work, I'm not going to buy it. I will buy 1click instead. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank You
    Matt

If you are going to spend your money you would be better off getting AnyDVD and CloneDVD they are much better programs and can break any encryption out there. AnyDVD can be used with numerous other programs, such as Shrink, NeroRecode and Intervideo DVDCopy3 all are much better than 1Click and DVDCloner. My two cents.

Thanks, your "two cents" is appreciated since I know very little about DVD copying and burning software. I'll take a look into the programs that you suggested. Thanks again.

I agree with arniebear on the progs though I'm also partial to Nero.
Your burn failure can also be caused by the blank discs you are using.
Which ones are you using? Stick with quality media like Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim DataLifePlus.
Also make sure your firmware on your burner is up to date.
