Your firmware is behind, update from here http://wwwbsc.pioneer.co.jp/product-e/ibs/device_e/file/DVR108_FW120B.EXE Slow to 4X I will check this out and get back to you.
hi these disc's are rated 8x max why are you trying to over burn (sure way to get coasters) i have found that burning these at 6x gives the best results @ gwendolin hi i agree that 1/2 the rated max is the way to go usually
Have you implemented the suggestions I made, do so and try another burn and report back with the result.
tried to update but said available target not found... it ran itself on the c drive.. i burnt at 4x and it worked.....
the error that im gettin a lot of now with a few discs is "data error - failed to read cyclic redundancy check!"" while using Dvdshrink...
