How does one burn High Definition video file with Nero Vision Express 3 ?

Currently it would not allow me to do so.

Do I download some codecs or upgrade Nero Vision Express with some plugin?

    Thanks.

What kind of HD video file (.wmv, .avi?)
Also im guessing you are trying to burn the HD video to something you can play in any dvd player, well it wont be close to HD because currently dvds support a maximum of 480p. Other than HD dvd players being sold in like japan.

The nice thing I have found about burning HD videos (1280x720 or bigger) is that even though they get converted down to 480p they still have amzing quality because they are loosing pixels insted of gaining them. So there is more information in the original so the program doesn't have to "make up" the extra pixles when going from a small quality source.

Agreed but still not as great as true HD at 720p or 1080i through dvi :p

True, but unless you have a DVI connection to your computer that can run HD videos at there High Resolution then its decent. But the best thing is to backup the file for a later time when HD Burning is in the home. :)
