Burn mpeg2 from hd to dvd burner

    I downloaded an mpeg2 movie to HD The problem is what program do I use to burn it to dvd+r or -r I used ATI aiw 9600 video card and it's software to burn to HD.I have a sony dru510ax.The software I have to copy movies is as follows dvdcopy express and dvdxcopy.Any info would be appreciated

    I have a similar problem ( I think) I have mpeg2 file made from Sony DCR-LP1E using Movieshaker software. I want to know how I can convert this file to a VOB or whatever is necessary to be able to make a DVD.

    Hi,
    I had the same problem. Next time try searching before you post. But I'll help you anyway. You might like to try or buy nero. When you get Nero you have to download the update which is called NeroVision. After downloading Nero and the Nerovision update you can convert that mpeg2 format file to a .Vob file and hey you can even burn it through Nero. You can get the Nero products from www.nero.com.
