burn process failed at 40(6,000 KB/s) with sony dvd/cd-rw log attached

    hi,
    there i have been facing serious problem with nero i.e i am not able to write a cd whenever i do i get burn process failed at 40(6,000 KB/s)so far i have wasted 10 cd and tried three different brands.
    plz help
    intially i installed nero 7 and used to write after this problem i installed 6 but still facing the problem

    but facing the same problem

    Have you tried the suggestions,I did read where you have tried Nero7 but I suggested Nero 6.6.0.18, both packages.

    So that I could comment on 7.2.3.2b, I tried it to burn 3 AVI flies which I had successfully burned using version 7.0.8.2, sadly each burn was unsatisfactory so I reverted to 7.0.8.2, tried them again with success…my conclusion..7.2.3.2b was a failure when it comes to burn AVI files.

    I did the following, uninstalled 7.2.3.2b, ran this clean tool
    http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then installed 7.0.8.2 from here
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

    And you are STILL trying to burn too fast.

    i will give it a try and as far as writing spped is concerned i have tried all the speeds
