Dear all , I use to burn DVD files without any problems but …. Lately it seems impossible to burn anything without getting this message (Burn process failed at 4x (5,540 KB/s) …. This process damaged more than 20 blank DVD ..!! Please help me in this matter . I don’t know what to do anymore …… Thank you

it looks like your drive is not accessible. Is your drive an external one, connected to a USB 1.0 port? That might be your problem, slow data transfer. You should consider upgrading to a USB 2.0. You say you used to burn without problems before, with this set-up. Do you have other external devices connected, any programs running?
