I'm trying to burn a dvd shrink file. Nero wont burn for me. Keep getting error message. Please help! Please remove your serial number...it is at the top of your log and begins with 1A20 If this is a Dell laptop update firmware to 203d from here . Only use quality media from Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. Prodisc are terrible. Firmware update may fix this error...the firmware you are using now is several years old and isn't handling the media you are using properly. The good news is...you shouldn't have made a coaster, this disc should be usable again.
