    hello,

can you change the burn copy speed? I can't seem to find it. I have pionerr a07xlb 8x. I am having trouble writing to my dvd -r 1-8x. I think that it is the media I had matrix but just returned them for ritix. Any Clue.

Sorry Mike, never heard of ritik, sounds like they're to play off the Ritek name.

Your burner can only write as fast as the media and information flow will allow -

The media should be approved media for your Pioneer 107, I'd switch to the name brand Ritek G04's if I were you.

But then again, knowing that the faster you burn, the more coasters you'll have. Me, I don't like coasters so I never burn DVD Video over 4X. I use the 8X for Data burns, never had a prob with them at 8X.

cheers and Welcome to our little Club :)

    Pete

The believe the speed is determined by the media. And I'm with Pete stick to 4x or slower media.

How long does it take to burn?
