Sup, I've tried 2 games (that I own) burned from .iso to Dvd-R, and both times, they appear to burn fine. I have EvoX and dvd2xbox, and they rip to F:\games, and appear in my games list fine. They start up fine and appear to play 100% flawlessly. Then, out of nowhere they just totally lock up. Why? Why, god why? Should I not be burning the backups to dvd? I use Nero to burn them, and I burned them at 2x. Has anyone had any similar problems?
ok, need to be a lot more specific about this one. 1. what brand and speed DVD-R (like Philips 8X DVD-R) 2. how is your Xbox modded 3. have you tried any other programs then Nero to burn them. 4. did DVD2Xbox give you any files that did not copy at the end of the process. 5. what games are they 6. do they play fine from the disc without lock ups Personally i do not like Nero for doing games, DVD Decrypter or IMGburn is what i use to do all ISO files. General rule is to burn an 8X DVD at 4X and you can also try 16X discs at 4X, 2X is too slow. 16X discs are still a queton, some people have had to burn them at 6X or 8X to get them working.
