Very important of all we need to know what media are you using, Download DVD identifier and tell us media manufacturer info, also at what speed are you burning the PS2 games? I recommend 4x or less no more than that, also try to get the lastest firmware upgrade for your drive,

Hope it helps, Tell me how you do ;-)

I recommend, if ordering online buy Taiyo Yuden or if store bought buy Verbatim or Fugi made in Japan

You should use: Verbatim DVD-R 8x, Fuji DVD+R made in Japan, Sony DVD-R, you can use Smartbuy but not the best choice, If you decide to buy online get some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden, you can also get TDK or maxell,

www.nomorecoasters.com , you can find a media quality here, you should not buy less than 1st media class or in case the 2 or 3rd places in the 2nd class media hope it helps ;-)

its not the media i discovered,, i was burning at 1x speed, i think that my burner can do 1x speed so when i went to play it was very slow. If i do at 2.4 speed that could fix it

definetly would not try to burn over 2X on PS2 ISO., the better the blank media the better result from burning.
