Do you have ALL the proper codecs installed on your system? You can go to the aD home page and download the latest codec package. I use K-Lite.
Do you have DVD Player software on you computer?

Downloaded the k-lite pack and it didnt help. Couldnt find any drivers for this drive either. I noticed that sometimes when i put a burned dvd in it will recognize it and ask me if i want to play it but other times i put the same movie in it will say its blank and ask me if i want to burn files to it. So i think it may be the drive itself maybe not reading the dvd right or something.

Update: I think its fixxed, I took the drive apart and cleaned the lense and now it seems to be working..I'll have to buy a dvd lens cleaner if it happens again. :)
