Sorry i'm a real noob when it comes to burning. I have nero 6 ultra, but i have used it probably twice since i obtained it. My question is I recently downloaded a very large audio book in WAV formate. its about 2 gigs total. I want to burn this file onto multiple disks using nero so i can play this in my car while i'm traveling to work. I thought this would be as simple as telling nero to just burn it and it would assume i was using multiple disks. But when i try to burn it this way it just says disk to small please insert a larger disk. So basicly i just want to burn a large wav file over 3 disks. Help the noobie!
Hi tibbs Why don't you download 1 of the many mp3 or wav splitters that are out there and split your 2 gig file into 3 or 4 smaller files and burn them seperately. Hope this helps.
Nevermind http://www.soft32.com/download-WAV_Splitter-81547-5.html worked just fine thanks for the help!
opps spoke to soon, it seems this program will split the file but it makes it FUBAR. No media player will play it and nero wont burn it. to bad i thought this might be easy. Anyway any recommendations for a WAV splitter? i'll try a few more free versions but i get the feeling this is going to be frustrating
what program is most used to split WAV files? Can i do this with my version of Nero? Still can't find a "free" program that will do my entire wav file. And i really dont want to pay 20 bucks for some crappy splitter that i will use once
