    Hey everyone,

This question probably pops up a lot. Ok here is the problem. I always download movies off the internet, they are usually in Divx format. They are roughly 700-725MB in size. I wanted to know is there a way I can fit this file on 1 700mb CD-R to watch on my DVD Player?? Or is there a DVD Player out there where it will play the divx file if u just slap it on a CD-R? Because it is such a hassle to always switch discs when watching a movie. So if anyone has a solution or tips please let me know! Thanks a lot for looking!!

    KC

Kiss dvd player will play divx yes! Not much else will play it. To answer the main question, you could fit it all on one cd yes as non standard SVCD but the process is seriously long and i recommend you get familiar with DVD2SVCD and other such editing tools first or else you will pull your hair out trying to figure it all out, trust me! lol
