I have a movie I downloaded. It is DVD9. I have it on my harddrive and want to make a MDS file using DVD Decrypter. The movie is in 2 folders. 1 named JACKET_P and the other named VIDEO_TS. Can someone tell me how to make the file I need or tell me if I am even doing this right?

If you have a movie in a VIDEO_TS folder then all you have to do it use DVD Shrink to reduce the size to a DVD-5 and then burn it.

If both folders have the .bup, .ifo, and .vob files (i.e. dvd compliant), then you can use the 'Reauthor' function of Shrink to compile, compress and burn them:

Run Shrink, click 'reauthor', go highlight the both folders, and click to paste the various 'titles' in the correct order over onto the compilation window. Adjust compression ratio of each 'title' by clicking 'compression settings', then burn to dvd-5.

    Happy DVD authoring!

No problem, we all begin that way.
