Burning anime to a dvd

I wanna burn my naruto episodes to a dvd and be able to watch them on my non-computer dvd player. Can you tell me how, im a comp noob so can some one give me the step by step. I did a forum search and couldnt find anything. Thanks in advance

 

Im not sure about anime files if their a special type but i think there just avis if you could tell me what type of file it is then id be able to tell you how to convert it then put it on disk .

I meant to say that, they are just AVI

 

sorry about that post, yea i meant avi and I want the dvd to be able to put into a dvd player and work on my TV

Helps alot but 1 quick question will the same process work if say i used a cd and made super vcd?
